HFS Events & Special Occasion Rentals
Tents, tables, and chairs, oh my!
While HFS primarily caters to film & tv productions, we also accommodate rentals for special occasions and events! From backyard parties to corporate functions and big celebrations, we are happy to help when we can, with no minimum order requirements.
STUDIO RENTAL:
Our Studio A offers more than 3500 sqft of customizable space, bathrooms, and a full kitchen, along with exterior parking for 10 - 20 vehicles. Ideal for hosting markets, live performances, conventions and large private gatherings, it's a blank canvas ready for your creativity! For full details on our specs and amenities, come this way. GEAR RENTALS:
We have a wide range of gear rentals also available to suit a variety of needs. Our simple solutions for weather coverage, seating, and locations prep make easy-peasy work of event hosting! To view our entire rental catalogue and prepare an order, see our gear list here.
Pop-Up Tents
Available in both black and white, our 10' x 10' tents are the perfect companion to outdoor events and festivals. Should you require privacy, sidewalls can be included!
Folding Chairs & Tables
Rent a few or a whole rolling rack's worth! When you want easy set up/tear down, our folding chairs are just the ticket. Six chairs fit comfortably around our 6' folding tables.
Power!
Our extensions cords are available in 25' and 50' lengths.
Useful Extras
Setting up a refreshments table? We've got coffee makers, electric kettles, and coolers!
Hosting a movie night? What's a movie without popcorn? We've got an 8oz popper available for rent, along with classic movie popcorn packs and bags for purchase in our expendables shop.
Our rolling wardrobe racks offer convenient storage for coat check and costumes.
On the safety side of things, we also rent fire extinguishers and first aid kits, so you're prepared in case of any accidents.
